The inner courtyard of the Wilhelm-Marx-Haus is worth a visit. Here, several cafés have sprung up around the music fountain. At Christmas time you will find a market known as the "Sternchen-Markt am Stadtbrückchen" (Little Star Market at the Little City Bridge) in the courtyard.

In 2007, the entire Christmas market at the Stadtbrückchen (Little City Bridge) was redesigned. The blue roofs of the stalls and vast numbers of tiny star-like lights gave the Christmas market its new name, “ Sternchen-Markt” (Little Stars Market).
